What is your return policy?

We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Personalized items are also considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed. If you placed an order using both a gift card and a credit card, the order will be refunded to reflect those payment methods.

How do I make an exchange?

At this time we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, U.S/U.K. free shipping, and repurchase. Our team is happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct size. Please call us at +1-844-724-2663.

How long does it take for my In-store pickup?

Currently only US orders are available for In-store pickups. In-store pickups are typically prepared 3 business hours after the order has been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available. We do not accept Affirm for Pre-Orders.

While you may have a pending transaction for the amount of your pre-order item(s), you will not be charged until the item(s) ships.
Please note, international orders are not eligible for pre-order.

What is my order status?

Any order placed on rag-bone.com Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm ET will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both ground and expedited orders.

Any order placed rag-bone.com after 2:00 p.m. ET, will be shipped on the following business day.

Any order placed on rag-bone.com/en-gb Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm GMT will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both ground and expedited orders.

Any order placed on rag-bone.com/en-gb after 12:00 p.m. GMT, will be shipped on the following business day.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we serve 75 countries at this time. You may select the country you wish to ship to by clicking on the flag icon on the bottom left-hand corner of our website. This will then route you to view our website in the currency of your destination. Please click here for additional information.


Do you ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we only ship to the address that is specified on your order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing separate orders for each address.
